Emma O’Gara
Director and Accounts Manager
Emma is a Director and Accounts Manager at RAMP UK, overseeing the company’s accounts and financial administration. Her attention to detail and understanding of the business help ensure our finances are managed accurately and efficiently. As part of the leadership team, Emma also supports the continued stability and development of RAMP.
Shabana Hussain
Business Manager
Shabana manages the day to day operations and continued development of RAMP UK. She oversees the coordination of our training and operational services, including client requirements, workforce support, company systems and compliance. With a strong focus on standards, organisation and continuous improvement, Shabana helps ensure RAMP delivers a reliable and professional service to our learners and clients.
Millie Young
Senior Administrator
Millie is our Senior Administrator and often the first friendly face learners and visitors meet at RAMP. She supports course bookings, learner records, enquiries and the day to day running of reception. Organised, approachable and always willing to help, Millie helps ensure our learners receive a welcoming and professional experience from their initial enquiry through to completing their training.
Joe Johnson
Training Instructor
Joe is our Rope Access Training Instructor, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a genuine commitment to high standards. Patient, approachable and always willing to support learners, Joe helps each technician develop the skills, confidence and understanding needed to work safely within the rope access industry.
Kyle Hooper
Training Assistant
Kyle is our Training Assistant and supports the instructors with the practical delivery of our rope access courses. He helps prepare the training areas and equipment while assisting learners throughout the week. Kyle’s hands on approach and willingness to help contribute to a safe, supportive and well organised training environment.
Tracey Titch
Cleaner
Tracey helps keep our facilities clean, tidy and welcoming for learners, visitors and the wider RAMP team. Her reliability and attention to detail ensure our training areas, offices and shared facilities are maintained to a high standard. Tracey is a valued member of the team and plays an important part in creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
